Caleb Yirenkyi: Another Graduate Joins FC Nordsjælland

Caleb Yirenkyi

We’re excited to announce that our talented defensive midfielder Caleb Yirenkyi, 18, has joined FC Nordsjælland's U19 squad.

This isn’t just any transfer - it’s the beginning of a new chapter in Caleb’s incredible journey towards pro football.

His joined our Ghana academy in 2017 - he was just 11. His dedication and talent led him to the International Academy, where he expanded his skills and gained international experience, even winning the Gothia Cup TWICE.

Now, Caleb steps onto a familiar ground at FC Nordsjælland's Right to Dream Park, a place where many of our graduates, like Simon Adingra, Kamaldeen Sulemana, Mohammed Kudus, and Ernest Nuamah have thrived before him.

And just like them, Caleb is ready to soak up all the knowledge and experience at FC Nordsjælland.

“I constantly try to listen, learn, and absorb - and not be afraid to make mistakes. We are learning and developing all the time,” shared Caleb.

He already has the right mindset, the hunger to learn, and the drive to succeed. And he won't walk this path alone - he’s got a whole Right to Dream network to support and guide him.

"I have also spoken to many of the other players who have come to Farum from the Right to Dream academy and can share their experiences with me. I am looking forward to taking the next steps here at FCN," he added.

Onward and upwards, Caleb! We're excited to see you grow and continue your development journey with FCN!
