Our approach is centered around partnering with young talent, nurturing their holistic development in supportive environments, and providing pathways for them to unlock their full potential on and off the pitch.
PARTNERING WITH TALENT
At the heart of our approach is the belief that excellence can be found anywhere, and that’s why we don’t limit ourselves to traditional talent hotspots. Our scouts are trained to identify young talents with exceptional footballing abilities, educational potential, and the right character no matter where they are. We believe that talent is universal, but opportunity is not. Our scouting network cover over 180 communities, and we scout over 100,000 kids every year searching for talents that might be overlooked by others.

Once we partner with talents, we immerse them in nurturing environments that offer them the opportunity to unlock their potential on and off the pitch. We are committed to developing our young student-athletes holistically through a transformative program that includes elite-level football training, a structured academic curriculum, and a character development program. Our holistic model ignites their potential and sets them on the path to achieving their dreams not just in football, but in all aspects of their lives.

We believe excellence comes in many forms. And we’re here to provide our dreamers with the tools they need to chart their own pathways - whether that's on the pitch, in the classroom, or beyond. So, after six years with us, they choose their pathway:
PRO
FOOTBALL
We’ve earned a reputation for developing elite young footballers, with a track record that ranks us among the top 12 in the world for producing players for Europe’s best leagues.
Our International Academy is the heart of our professional football pathway. It offers a two-year unparalleled football development experience for young talents from all our markets who’re eager to kickstart their professional football career. It provides them with a unique opportunity for intensive and elite training, equipping them with the skills and experience necessary to succeed professionally.
But we don’t stop here. Our growing network of professional clubs that now includes FC Nordsjælland in Denmark and TUT FC in Egypt offers a fantastic platform for our graduates to continue their development journey. They mark the first spot where many of our graduates get a first taste of professional football. This pathway has produced 146 pro footballers so far and supported the likes of Mohammed Kudus and Kamaldeen Sulemana who have gone to make a name in Europe's top leagues.

We’re not just about football - we're about empowering young, talented student-athletes to chase their dreams on and off the field!
That's why we link our student-athletes who are excelling in their academics and meeting our character development milestones with top scholarship opportunities in the US and UK. And ever since our first student-athlete landed a scholarship in 2004, we’ve built a network of partnerships with some of the world’s top high schools, colleges, and universities.
Our education pathway gives our high-achieving girls and boys the chance to chase their dreams and become the next generation of leaders, while football remains a key part of their journey.
TOP OPPORTUNITIES
To date, 89 of our student-athletes have made their mark on the field and in the classroom, including the amazing Shakur Mohammed, who graduated from Duke University and now plays at Orlando City, and the talented Joy Okonye, who got accepted at Brown University - an Ivy League School
And when our graduates head to the US, our team at Right to Dream USA, along with our community of host families, partner institutions, volunteers, and alumni, make sure they’re safe and supported as they take on this exciting new chapter of their lives.
