FC MASAR
FC Masar is Egypt’s first purpose-driven development club and a member of the Right to Dream community since 2022. Recognized by the Egyptian Football Association, the club features both men’s and women’s teams and stands out for its bold commitment to youth development, women’s football, and community impact.

The name 'Masar' means 'pathway' in Arabic —a reflection of the club’s mission to guide, support, and empower everyone who joins the journey, helping them reach their potential on and off the pitch. It also provides a direct pathway for all academy graduates and a steppingstone to future professional football careers.
One of the few fully professional women’s teams on the African continent, FC Masar Women is setting new standards for women’s football in Egypt and beyond. Their mission extends beyond just competing at the top level; they aim to create a sustainable model that champions youth, empowers girls, and inspires the next generation of female talent.

In their debut season in the top-tier, the team earned a sixth-place league finish and lifted the 2023 Egyptian Women’s Cup. In the 2023/24 season, they earned a historic domestic double, winning the Egyptian Women's Premier League and the Egypt Cup. They retained the league title in the 2024/25 season, solidifying their position as in the Egyptian women's football landscape. On the continental stage, they earned a historic bronze medal in the 2023/24 CAF Women’s Champions League, a first for an Egyptian side.
The men’s team has also made impressive strides in a short time. After earning promotion to Egypt’s Third Division in 2023, they secured their place in Second Division (B) the following year, and in 2024/25, the team sealed promotion to Second Division A, just one tier below the country’s top professional league.
"FC Masar is a youth-led club with the ambition of winning the CAF Women’s Champions League and getting promoted to the Egyptian Men’s Premier League."
