The Dream Grows Stronger!
Right to Dream has officially opened its brand-new Egypt Academy in Badya.
In a star-studded celebration that marked the beginning of a new era for Egyptian football and youth development, Egypt's Prime Minister, Mostafa Madbouly, and the Minister of Youth & Sports, Ashraf Sobhy, were part of the illustrious lineup.
The event witnessed the presence of distinguished sports leaders, legends, and the Right to Dream community, including Right to Dream Chairman Mr. Mohamed Mansour, CEO of Man Capital and Investor/Board Member of Right to Dream, Loutfy Mansour, Founder and RTD Group CEO Tom Vernon.
Speaking about the significance of this moment, Mr. Mohamed Mansour said, "We are investing in the future of young men and women. It is just as important to us that the Egyptian academy develops Egyptian role models as well as great footballers."

In just two short years, the dream of an Egyptian academy has blossomed into reality. From the early scouting trips across Egypt to warmly welcoming the first class, we’re now celebrating the progress at our state-of-the-art Badya Academy - the first MENA city fully aligned with the UN Sustainability Goals, developed by Palm Hills Developments.
It’s an incredible moment for Egypt’s football future and the global Right to Dream community.
But this academy isn't just a facility. It fuses world-class football training and a rigorous academic program, nurturing well-rounded talents. It is an extension of a unique model that has already transformed lives in Ghana and Denmark. Egypt is the next step, with the US to follow soon.
The dream doesn’t end here; it grows stronger. Our academies and clubs collaborate, learning from one another and uniting in our mission: holistic development for young talents and a lasting global impact.
