Head of Scouting

RIGHT TO DREAM EGYPT

Right to Dream is looking for a Head of Scouting to join the team. The role contributes to the implementation and final delivery of the Right to Dream talent identification strategy in Egypt.

Working closely with the scouting country manager and head of global scouting, you will be leading a team of scouts across Egypt to identify high level academy players. You will be responsible for coordination of the department and have strong leadership skills to develop a dynamic scouting team across Egypt.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Develop a team of scouts to function independently at a high level.
Plug into a systematic reporting system and ensure they are in line with our group standards.
Regularly utilize video scouting in the department across the relevant age groups.
Develop a database of clubs and networks that will contribute to the dynamic strategy in Egypt.
Work closely with the scouting leads and implement a development process for all scouts to progress through the organization.
Understand our trial procedures and contribute to improving the process for optimal trialist success and signing the best 10/11-year-olds nationally.

QUALIFICATIONS

Certified FA Talent ID Courses or Equivalent
• 3-5 years traditional on-field scouting experience.
• 2-3 years scouting coordinator experience.
• Track Record of signed/ scouted players
