PRINCESS MARFO

BAY FC

Princess Marfo is a Right to Dream Ghana graduate and a Ghanaian international currently playing for Bay FC in the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL).

She joined Right to Dream at just 10 years old, becoming one of the first girls to take part in our girls’ football program that launched in Ghana in 2013. At 18, she became the first female graduate from our Ghana academy to sign for FC Nordsjælland in Denmark.

She made her senior team debut with FC Nordsjælland in March 2022 and signed a two-year contract extension in June 2023. After gaining valuable experience in the Danish topflight, Princess took the next step in her journey by signing with Bay FC in 2024, becoming one of the youngest Ghanaian players in the NWSL. That same year, she received her first senior call-up to the Black Queens, and in April 2025, recorded her first assist for the national team in a win over Senegal.

Just a few months later, Princess was part of the Black Queens squad that won the bronze medal at the 2024 Women's Africa Cup of Nations.

As she continues to chase her dreams and push forward in her journey, Princess is helping show girls across our community what’s possible through hard work, belief, and opportunity.
