IA OPERATIONS & ADMINISTRATION LEAD
RIGHT TO DREAM GROUP
We are looking for an Operations & Administration Lead to join Right to Dream’s International Academy (IA) - the bridge between academy football and the professional game.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the heart of our player pathway. You’ll make sure everything behind the scenes runs flawlessly, from training camps and match fixtures to international tournaments and player travel.
Based in Denmark and reporting to the Group Head of Talent & Pathways, you’ll collaborate daily with people across our academies and clubs in Ghana, Egypt, Denmark, and the USA, along with professional clubs, federations, embassies, and tournament organisers around the world.
If you’re an organised and dependable administrator who loves the energy of football and takes pride in making things run smoothly behind the scenes, this is your chance to help young players achieve their dreams on a global stage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Lead the planning, organisation, and delivery of all operational and administrative activities for the IA program — ensuring every training camp, game, and tournament is executed to perfection.
-
Oversee all logistics: flights, transport, accommodation, facilities, equipment, and branded team clothing.
-
Manage administrative processes to ensure full compliance with Right to Dream policies, football regulations, and international travel and visa requirements.
-
Act as a primary contact for players, families, and staff — ensuring clear, professional communication at all times.
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with Right to Dream academies, partner clubs, and event organisers.
-
Support the budgeting process, tracking purchases, invoices, and supplier contracts.
-
Coordinate attendance at international tournaments and represent Right to Dream as team manager when required.
-
Maintain accurate player documentation, schedules, and reports to ensure seamless program delivery.
-
Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and operational excellence.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
You’re a disciplined, reliable, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-moving, multicultural environments. You take pride in delivering operational excellence and are at your best when bringing structure, calm, and clarity to complex situations.
You’re also a natural organiser and relationship-builder, confident navigating multiple priorities, coordinating across borders, and keeping people informed and aligned. You stay composed under pressure, think ahead, and approach every challenge with a solutions mindset.
You bring:
-
Proven experience in an operations or administrative role, ideally within football, sport, or youth development.
-
Strong logistics, travel, and event coordination expertise.
-
Experience in budget management, purchasing, and supplier coordination.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service orientation.
-
Strong planning and organisational abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
-
High level of IT proficiency, especially Microsoft Office.
-
Understanding of international travel and visa processes (advantageous).
-
Experience working in multi-stakeholder and multicultural environments (desired).
-
Additional languages, particularly French, are an advantage.
-
Alignment with Right to Dream’s mission and values: integrity, teamwork, development, passion, and diversity.
