ASSISTANT COACH

RIGHT TO DREAM ACADEMY, EGYPT

Right to Dream Academy, Egypt is hiring an assistant coach who would be responsible for assisting the head coaches in the planning and taking charge of training sessions for the RTD Egypt players. This role is also responsible for the development of the players at RTD Egypt through adopting the style of play after learning it.

The assistant coach will also be responsible for assisting in delivering Player and match reports, using the RTD Egypt templates and system. The roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
 

  • Learning the RTD Style of Play

  • Learning the football plan and assisting in implementing it

  • Help in implementing weekly football practice schedules as part of planning strategy.

  • Assisting in preparing and delivering training sessions for different RTD teams

  • Preparing player and match reports

  • Helping in keep players motivated on and off the field.

  • Participate in and attend all RTD Football related activities

QUALIFICATIONS
 

  • Minimum of holding an Undergraduate Degree 

  • Completing Coaching Qualification

EXPERIENCE
 

  • Previous Work experience

  • Previous Playing experience

  • Previous Coaching experience

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
 

Knowledge specific to the role:

  • Passion to work in football and be part of the RtD community.

  • Excellent Football Knowledge

  • Ability to communicate, write fluently in Arabic and English

  • Proficient user of Microsoft 365

  • An interest and passion for football coaching

  • A good work ethic and understanding of the role of the analyst.

  • A strong enthusiasm and willingness to learn and develop, committed to achieving objectives set.

  • A good team player - desire to develop others within the team.

  • Highly organized, ability to manage multiple tasks, taking responsibility for ensuring a high quality of work
