ACADEMY OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
RIGHT TO DREAM, EGYPT
Right to Dream Academy, Egypt, is hiring a goal-oriented and self-motivated Operations Coordinator for its academy, who has experience multi-tasking and prioritizing work while managing a variety of projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the academy including but not limited to education, operations, regulatory issues, staffing and safeguarding in compliance to Right to Dream Egypt policies and procedures. The roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Manage all Academy Day-to-day operations ensuring all staffing, transport, accommodation, hospitality, medical care, kit, facilities, and equipment needs are met.

Produce weekly, monthly & yearly scheduling of the Academy.

Liaise with the Head of Academy to ensure departmental needs are met.

Oversee regulatory compliance.

Work with team leaders to learn departmental needs and help facilitate the management of goals.

Manage student onboarding.

Observing, reviewing, and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made.

Collaborating with management and executives to set departmental and organization-wide goals.

Participating in coordinating events.

Coordinate office procedures.
-
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.

Take accurate minutes of meetings and assist in tracking tasks.

Prepare regularly scheduled reports.

Develop and maintain a filing system.
-
Coordinate repairs to office equipment.

Scan and coordinate the documentation and maintenance of digital files.

Order office/classroom supplies and maintain inventory.
-
Align dates, information, and any updates with all departments.

Create an overview ppt for the Academy per term, work closely with Football Operation Manager on this.

Order school uniforms and maintain inventory.

Create branded academy calendar that is aligned with all departments.

Develop and update school and academy documents.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of holding a Bachelor's Degree
-
Very Good English and Arabic (verbal and written)
EXPERIENCE
-
Previous Work experience in a related field.

Multinational Experience is a plus.
