Facility Supervisor


Right to Dream is looking for a “Facility Supervisor” who maintains and oversees RTD’s grounds, buildings, and equipment to ensure that the workspace is safe and functional.

Their duties include negotiating and delegating service providers, inspecting facilities to meet safety regulations and coordinating renovations and updates. The roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Taking the role of the mediator with the third party to communicate cleaning and maintenance tasks needed to be executed.

  • Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas.

  • Ensuring proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with a team of security professionals.

  • Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders.

  • Reporting to line manager on day-to-day operations of facilities

  • Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders as well as reviewing utilities consumption.

  • Collaborating with upper management on budgeting for facility’s needs.

  • Inspecting all maintenance and repair work to ensure that company standards are maintained.

  • Overseeing contracts and service providers for functions such as catering, cleaning, parking, security, and technology. 

  • Dealing with emergencies as they arise.

  • Ensuring that facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations.

  • Coordinate & follow up with the finance team to release the payment for third-party facility management service providers and contractors.

  • Well-versed in operations and facilities management best practices.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills. 

  • Good analytical/critical thinking.

  • Great time management, organization, and prioritization abilities.

  • Proactive thinking.

  • Minimum of holding a bachelor’s degree.

  • Very Good English and Arabic (verbal and written).

  • Previous Work experience in a related field.

  • Multinational Experience is a plus.
