TEAM MANAGER

FC TUT are looking for a “Team Manager” to assist with the effective and efficient running of the club’s women’s football teams. The individual will be tasked with providing comprehensive administrative & operational support to the Head of Women’s Football, Head Coach and the necessary internal departments.

Job Title: Team Manager (مدير إداري)

Type of Position: Full Time On-Ground

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

​​The roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Managing the logistical aspects of the team’s daily operations, through constant communication & coordination with the relevant internal departments.

  • Managing the logistical aspects of the team’s travel schedule, including booking transportation, visa appointments and hotels as needed.

  • Liaising with opposition clubs with regards to match arrangements

  • Liaising with match officials with regards to match arrangements

  • Communicate to key internal personnel regarding match arrangements.

  • Ensure there is efficient, digital file management on all required player documentation (E.g., medical report, technical report, disciplinary report.)

  • Support “General Club Admin” with the necessary paperwork in relation to player registration.

  • Keep an inventory of all equipment related to the women’s team. Oversee the team’s equipment managers and other support staff to ensure that they are meeting their professional obligations.

  • Act as the intermediary between the team’s head coach and other executives within the organization to provide information and facilitate communication.

  • Act as the intermediary between the coaching staff, administration, and players to pass on necessary information.

  • Ensure weekly reporting is documented and sent to the Head of Women’s Football and Head Coach regarding the administrative aspects of the team, such as: player attendance, disciplinary incidents, and game summaries.

  • Ensure reporting on any external meetings is documented and sent to the Head of Women’s Football & Head Coach

  • Stay updated with the latest Rules & Regulations set forth by the Egyptian Football Association for leagues in which we participate.

  • Work closely with the Head of Women’s Football to ensure proper, on-ground implementation of the organization’s Women’s Football Strategy.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Prior experience in sports administration and operations within a professional football club and/or football governing body.

  • An exceptional level of written & verbal communication when dealing with external and internal parties.

  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize workload.

  • Appreciation of the discretion needed when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

WORK EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
  • 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant major
