It’s been a fantastic two weeks for football fans around the world - nothing beats the World Cup magic. But it’s been extra special for all members of the Right to Dream family.
In the past two weeks, we got to watch seven of our academy graduates chase their dreams and shine on the world’s biggest football stage. And it was incredible.
And while we’re super happy to see Mohammed Kudus making headlines with his brace against South Korea, we’re equally proud of all our graduates at the World Cup; be it Kamaldeen Sulemana and Kamal Sowah with Ghana, or Mikkel Damsgaard, Andreas Skov Olsen, Victor Nelsson, and Mathias Jensen with Denmark.
Seeing how far they’ve come since kicking off their journeys at the academy and/or FC Nordsjælland left us with a mix of pride, faith, inspiration, and excitement.
The progress they’ve made. The dedication they’ve shown. And the efforts they’ve put in. They’ve all given us a taste of how bright the future may look like and energy and hope to keep working with the next generation of talent.
And although Ghana and Denmark were both eliminated at the group stage, we’re sure playing at the World Cup was a massive learning experience for our graduates. And it was definitely an inspiration to our students, who could see that hard work and resilience really pay off.
“We’re really proud of the performance of our graduates. We’re sure next time it’ll be even better,” one of our Ghana academy students said - and we couldn’t agree more.
We can’t wait to see what new heights you’ll reach!
