IA PHYSIOTHERAPIST
RIGHT TO DREAM, INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our International Academy team. This role is vital in supporting our elite athletes aged 16-18, ensuring they remain physically fit, healthy, and able to perform at their best.
You will work with an exceptional group of young footballers from across the globe, providing medical care, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assess, diagnose, and treat injuries, ensuring the physical well-being of our athletes.

Develop and implement individualized injury prevention and rehabilitation programs.

Provide immediate care and first aid during training sessions and international competitions.

Monitor athlete recovery and adapt treatment plans to optimize health and performance.

Collaborate with coaches and performance staff to integrate injury prevention into training programs.

Educate athletes and staff on injury prevention, health, and recovery strategies.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Ideal Candidate:

A BSc in Physiotherapy, but preferably a masters.

At least 3-5 years of experience, ideally in sports physiotherapy with youth athletes.

A proven track record of working with young athletes in competitive sports environments.

A willingness and ability to travel extensively and work across different time zones.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

A passion for working with young athletes and contributing to their overall development.

The ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and manage multiple responsibilities.
Extensive Travel Required:
This position involves frequent travel to various training camps, international tournaments, and academy programs across multiple countries, including Africa, Europe, and the United States. As a key member of our global team, you will need to thrive in different cultural environments and be flexible to changing conditions and schedules. Due to the extensive travel required, the location for this role is flexible.

The athletes you will support are young footballers aged 16-18, in a critical phase of their physical and personal development. These boys come from a variety of international backgrounds and are preparing for elite-level football careers. Your role will be pivotal in their development, so building strong relationships and providing thoughtful guidance will be key to your success.
