IA ADMINISTRATOR

RIGHT TO DREAM, INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY 

Right to Dream Group are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive professional for the position of Assistant to the International Academy (IA) Manager. Reporting to the IA Academy Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the IA programme across all Right to Dream clubs and academies.

The role requires strong administrative and organizational skills to manage project plans, coordinate logistics, and maintain accurate records, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and operational activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Update project plans and task lists, including setting and managing recurring calendar reminders to ensure timely execution of key activities.

  • Complete administrative forms and documentation, including FIFA regulations compliance, visa applications, invitation letters (using templates), itineraries, and hotel request lists.

  • Manage the preparation and submission of hosting club templates and other relevant operational forms.

  • Book and coordinate ground transportation logistics for events, staff, and players as required.

  • Assist in the preparation of presentations by following clear instructions and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

  • Support the management and updating of kit and inventory overviews to maintain accurate records and ensure operational readiness.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of football regulations and league requirements is a plus.
• Experience of working within a multi-cultural environment.
• Previous experience in a similar administrative role will be advantageous
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (fluency is preferred, but native-level is not required); familiarity with tools like ChatGPT and Gemini is an advantage.
• Competent user of Microsoft Office 365, including the ability to structure files effectively, manage shared access rights, and collaborate seamlessly across platforms.
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint to support reporting, analysis, and presentations.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus.
• Additional language skills, particularly French or Arabic, would be an advantage.
