Isaac Addo is a first generation graduate who now works as an Academy Coach at Right to Dream.

Known to everyone simply as Addo, he was one of the first players to be signed by Tom Vernon when Right to Dream was a non-residential youth team based on a dust pitch called ‘Last Chance’ in Accra. He played as a striker – utilising his pace and natural ability to become a prolific goalscorer for the Academy.

It was Isaac’s passion for football and his desire to impart his knowledge to others that led to him being offered a coaching role at the Academy, where he has been working to acquire his coaching badges.

He was part of the coaching staff that oversaw the Right to Dream U17s Gothia Cup triumph in 2014, as well as a series of successful international tours since 2011.

Isaac was awarded the Academy Significant Contribution Award in 2010 for his dedication and tremendous service to the organisation.
