At Right to Dream, our objective is to develop high-performance athletes, capable of building a successful career as a professional footballer at an elite level. With a focus on education and developing one's character, our graduates can also become influential role models who will use their profile as players to inspire, create and lead positive change in the world.
With an extensive player development system that stretches across continents, Right to Dream is building a model not seen before at the top-tier of world football. By integrating players at our academy in Ghana with those at our club, FC Nordsjælland in Denmark, we expose players to challenging environments and conditions from under 13 level and above.
Through an international academy, Right to Dream is displaying proof of concept by applying the methods developed in West Africa to a very different context in Denmark. Our bold vision to develop good players and good people across cultures and continents is one we believe can be replicated the world over.
Our elite coaching facilities and staff enable players to compete at international tournaments alongside the very best academies in world football. With a tailored approach suited to each individual player’s strength, we consistently produce players for the professional game and student athletes for top-class academic institutions. Over several years, Right to Dream is recognised as one of the best academies in the world, winning numerous top youth football tournaments including the Nike Premier Cup, and most recently the Gothia Cup and Super Cup (formerly Milk Cup).
