our story
graduate pathways

Due to the truly exceptional character and talent of our pupils, success of our graduates is reflected in domestic and international opportunities in sport and education. There are three main pathways that RtD graduates pursue after graduating from the RtD Academy:

  1. International scholarships
    • Graduates are offered the opportunity to continue the development of both their academic studies and their football skills at leading private boarding schools, colleges and universities in the US and the UK. Currently, 38 RtD graduates are pursuing international educational scholarships where they lead by example both on and off the pitch, endeavouring to support and inspire others in their new communities.
  2. Professional football contracts
    • For some of our exceptionally talented students there is the opportunity to sign their first professional football contract. To date, seven RtD graduates have signed professional contracts for European clubs.
  3. Vocational programme
    • The programme aims to offer graduates the opportunity to continue their education, build workplace relevant skills, and ultimately build a career working within the sport that they love. Delivered on site at the Right to Dream Academy, graduates enrolled in the vocational programme are able to train and gain valuable experience in an applied setting, pursuing formal sports qualifications and undertaking development placements to help build up their knowledge and expertise in their chosen field. At this time we have two graduates enrolled in this programme developing as an Academy Coach and Specialist Football Fitness Coach.
No matter which pathway our graduates take, they are all expected to help others achieve their dreams and contribute to the development of their country and continent, becoming leaders of change and role models for their peers, communities, country and continent.
